We are seeking a part time team member to provide top notch customer service, create balloon bundles for celebrations, and assist customers in the store. We are also looking for some help with special events and balloon installations. 

 

Part Time Sales Associate-

Ideal Candidate would have the following skills and experience-

Strong customer service and communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Ability to think on your feet - creative problem solving skills

Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks (like inflating balloons)

Reliable and punctual

Retail or customer service experience 

Responsibilities include but not limited to-

Greet and assist customers with party supplies, balloons, and décor selections

Provide recommendations and help customers plan for events of all sizes

Inflate and prepare balloon orders accurately and efficiently

Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Support order preparation for pickups and deliveries

 

Schedule-

Estimated 20 hrs per month - may vary depending on season etc. and increase as needed

Flexible mid week availability 

Weekend availability is a MUST

Must be able to work during the summer months and potentially available during other typical school breaks.

Compensation-

Starts at $16.25/hr 

 

Events and Balloon Assistant-

Ideal Candidate would have the following skills and experience-

Creative problem solving skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders)

Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Detail-oriented with an eye for design and color

Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team

Experience in events, retail, or creative fields is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person!)

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to-

Assist in building balloon garlands, arches, backdrops, and custom installations

Support delivery, setup, and teardown at event venues

Load, transport, and organize décor, equipment, and supplies

Follow design plans while maintaining quality and consistency

Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site

On an events-needed basis
